Project Pathshala is working with the objective of empowering underprivileged children by providing them education. Currently our Project is operating in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh and Varanasi. Here we provide the needy children with Stationeries (books, copies, pencils, pens, colors, pencil box, bags, etc). Volunteers visit them regularly according to schedule and teach the children. On weekends we take tests and also a art class for extracurricular activities.
I came across UMA Foundation through their Pathshala project and was impressed by their efforts to educate slum children. Truly inspiring work!
